Long-term care makes up a good portion of retirement costs. No retirement planning would be complete without considering how to pay for eventual health care needs. This slideshow lists the 10 most expensive states for home health care.

Health care costs are all rising, but the largest price increase came from home health aides. Retirees can expect to pay $21.50 a year. Knowing which states have more expensive health care costs may affect where your clients choose to retire.
